\u00a0I certainly will never turn away a great chocolate chip but this cookie may be my next go-to cookie treat. \u00a0Momofuku Milk Bar is in New York City; in their cookbook you will discover a whole new world of sweets.\u00a0 One of the secrets of these cookies is the milk crumbs.\u00a0 The recipe for those is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Milk Crumbs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00bd cup of milk powder<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00bc cup of flour<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02 tablespoons of cornstarch<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02 tablespoons of sugar<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00bd teaspoon kosher salt<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a04 tablespoons of melted butter<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a01\/4 cup milk powder<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a03 oz of melted white chocolate<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Preheat oven to 250\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Combine the first five ingredients in a medium bowl, toss with your hands\u2026 add melted \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 butter and continue to toss using a spatula.\u00a0 The mixture will start to look like small \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 cluster\/crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Spread the clusters on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes. \u00a0The \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 crumbs should be sandy and your kitchen should smell amazing.\u00a0 Cool the crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Crumble any milk crumb clusters that are larger than \u00bd inch and put the crumbs in a \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 medium bowl. \u00a0Add the milk powder and toss together.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Next poor the white chocolate over the crumbs and toss until your clusters are enrobed. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Then continue tossing them every 5 minutes until the white chocolate hardens. \u00a0The \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 crumbs will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Blueberry &amp; Cream Cookies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02 sticks of butter<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00be cup granulated sugar<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02\/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02 tablespoons of corn syrup (or \u00bc cup glucose)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02 eggs<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a02 cups of flour<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00bd teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00bc teaspoon baking soda<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a01 \u00bd teaspoon kosher salt<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00bd recipe of milk crumbs<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00be cup dried blueberries<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>DIRECTIONS:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Combine first 4 ingredients in medium speed mixer for 2-3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Scrape sides of bowl and add eggs one at a time, beat for 7-8 minutes till creamy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Reduce speed and add dry ingredients.\u00a0 While still on low speed add milk crumbs and \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 then blueberries.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Using an ice cream scoop put rounds of batter on a parchment lined cookie sheet.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Wrap in plastic wrap and put in fridge for about an hour.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Keep cookies about 4 inches apart on cookie sheet and back, they will crackle and \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 spread. \u00a0They should be browned slightly on the outside and creamy yellow in the center.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0Cool completely on the cookie sheet&#8230; Enjoy!!!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love these cookies!
