These pancakes were introduced to me by my nephew’s wife Marissa and their adorable toddler Wilie.\u00a0 This was his favorite breakfast, easy to make, healthy, and best of all no flour! \u00a0I make these at least once a week and keep a few in the fridge for a quick snack. Enjoy!<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS:
\n\u2022 2 mashed ripe bananas
\n\u2022 2 eggs
\n\u2022 2 tablespoons of almond butter (any nut butter will do)
\n\u2022 1 tsp good vanilla
\n\u2022 1 tsp of cinnamon<\/p>\n

DIRECTIONS:
\n\u2022 Whisk together and pour into a griddle.<\/p>\n
