Summer is all about grilling, farmers markets, and easy meals. \u00a0So this simple but delicious combination is just how I like to cook.<\/p>\n

I like to salt & pepper any meat for several hours or overnight. \u00a0It helps with flavor and tenderness. \u00a0I added a small baste of “UB”, that’s “Urban Barbecue” sauce. \u00a0Delicious when you don’t have time to make your own. \u00a0I grilled the meat on a high flame approximately 6 minutes per side.<\/p>\n

Fresh vegetables from the farmers market saut\u00e9ed in olive oil, lemon, sea salt, and pepper. \u00a0I added leeks, padron peppers, banana peppers, garlic, and okra… makes a perfect side dish.<\/p>\n
